Edith and Teresa decided to start this blog, as a way to share tasty and easy recipes with friends, expanding the horizons of our taste buds. The theory is that if you’ve had some great food lately and you personally know the cook, or know someone who knows the cook, chances are that:
A) The cook is not going to make disgusting food because otherwise, what normal person would eat it?
B) The cook probably does not cook professionally, and so if they can cook it, you too can probably cook it!
